I really liked the various views on user experience that you present here. There seem to be a slow awakening to the fact that user experience is the most critical aspect of most applications and services. If you want yet another perspective you can head over to my blog, the user experience project. I attempted to model the value of user experience using a concept map, it would be interesting to hear what you think.
