


Someone (sorry forgot who you were) recently pointed me to this 2006 presentation by Roger Hudson of Web Usability on Information Classification and Retrieval. Its a nice recap of classification from Carl Linnaeus’ (Father of Taxonomy) classification of living things in “Systema Naturae”, published in 1758 to modern day folksonomies and tags.
