		<description>I really like this diagram, I&#039;ve seen it done a few different ways and I think this one really shows how important solving the top portion of the triangle really is. So many businesses we see only take a stab at the first, and maybe 1/2 of the second tier.  Liking it, enjoying it and living without is something that they are leaving to chance. We&#039;ve been taking a hard look at consumer websites and their ability (or lack) to focus on the user when designing their online experience. We&#039;d love to get your feedback as well if you have the time and share some of your insights! - Thanks - Alex Funk
