Is a one day conference about sharing methods, processes and tools with professionals from many fields for furthering the practice of understanding people. It is hosted by the Institute of Design at IIT.

Design is just one profession which borrows formally and informally from many other fields to create customized tools and processes for understanding people. Whether you are National Geographic, Sony or a traffic cop, being able to “read” or interpret people’s actions and reactions is a valuable skill.
